I treated myself! And just opening this package built my anticipation. The little ribbon that lifts the box out of it’s snug cardboard package without breaking your nails, the arched plastic dome that protects the dainty flowers inside, and the strategically placed tissue around the base all contributed to a delicate gift delivered by the postal service damage-free! And then I got to the sweet little morsel inside. The flowers are an exquisite mix of texture, color, and scale. Because the flowers are individually attached to what appears to be wire I could gently pull a few of them up slightly and bend them so the overall height of the arrangement looked more natural. That was fun because I got to add my touch to it. It’s really like admiring a piece of commemorative wedding cake when you open the box. I almost hated to take it out. It’s one of those gifts to myself that I’ll be moving around the house because there are so many places it will dress up. And I’m saving the box!
